Better TCG Return Policy

All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on trading card products, including sealed products, singles, or accessories.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please Contact Us within 48 hours of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue.

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. During peak periods or large sales events, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer standard shipping through USPS and UPS. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the order’s size, weight, and destination.

Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is delayed or appears lost, please contact us. While we are not responsible for carrier delays, we will assist you in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.

International Shipping
At this time, we only ship within the United States.


Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
